![]() We realize sometimes things happen and the internet situation was out of their control, but they were not apologetic at all and did not warn us before we arrived (which could have been done easily via email or text). Luckily my husband had a stash of cash with him, we had planned to eat all our meals at their restaurant vs driving long distances to other places so we needed the cash to eat. When we arrived we were told their internet was down (due to an issue down the road) and therefore anything we wanted to pay for during our stay we had to do with cash vs credit cards. It is a good hour from other places to eat out or pick up food. The place is called a "resort" with the hot springs, cabins and a restaurant. That is where our "love" or even like ended. We loved the hot spring pools, the hikes nearby were great and it was nice to be there when there was a late snowfall. Follow for 22.2 km until you find a parking lot.We stayed for two nights in late April. Past Lake Present turn left on Sol Duc Hot Springs Rd, signs for Sol Duc Campground. From Port Angeles go west on US-101 west for 45.1 km. The trail begins from the Sol Due Trailhead. Getting to the High Divide Loop Trailhead Fill up before or at Heart Lake to ensure you don't run dry on the ridge, but remember to bring some way to treat the water.
